Zapier meets Directual

What is Zapier?

Zapier is an integration hub. It means that you can use Zapier as a “single window” to connect your app with any service from Zapier catalogue. The integration is called ‘Zap’—that is a connection between two apps made of a trigger and an action. A trigger is an event in one system, and an action happens in the other.  For example, you got a new email in your Gmail account (this is a trigger) and you want to create a new card on Trello (this is an action). There are two ways to connect third party system with Directual through Zapier:

• Directual sends an object to the external system.
• External system triggers and creates or updates an object in Directual database.
